Glycation – Best Avoided if You Want To Live a Long Time

Glycation is a process which makes you age faster. Simple fact – which nobody disagrees with.

So how can you avoid it?

Fairly simple: the main way is to avoid eating food cooked at high temperatures.

So instead of having your food fried, grilled, oven cooked – favour food which is cooked at the temperature of boiling water – stews, casseroles, soups and sautes.

In this way you avoid the dangerous glycated food – the crispy bits – which just promote aging.

Now and again if you must! But basically, avoid ‘crispy’ food.
